Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to build and elevate our clients’ brand voice, design engaging content, and grow online communities across all main social media platforms. (based in Chania)

What You’ll Do

• Design, launch, and manage social media plans for clients on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Create engaging and visually appealing content (copywriting, graphics, short-form video/reels).

• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build active online relationships.

• Plan, set up, and optimise paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and report on social media growth and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and copywriting skills in both Greek and English.

• Experience in social media management, content creation, and community building.

• Hands-on experience with social media marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business, LinkedIn, CapCut, etc).

• Creative thinking with an eye for clean aesthetic design aligned with our professional brand.

• A background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media is preferred.
